What currency do you accept? 

Prices are in EURO as this is the primary currency however we accept payment in USD, GBP and all other major currencies. 

 

Do the robot vacuums include a warranty?

Yes! Products come with a standard 12 month supplier warranty but some products offer extended coverage as long as 3-5 years.The duration and coverage details can vary by model, so please refer to the specific product's warranty information.

 

Are deliveries tracked and expedited? 
Yes! We look to track and expedite all orders once received to ensure a smooth and hassle free process for our customers.  

 

Do prices includes taxes and charges?
Yes! All final sales prices include taxes and charges that we are required to charge by law. Please note this does not include customs charges which are outside of our control

 

Will I have to pay customs charges?
Products sold within the EU typically have customs clearances but we cannot guarantee that individual countries will not charge customers as per their standard terms and processes for ecommerce goods and services. 

 

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please first allow 2-3 days for processing which is where your product completes final quality checks and is packaged for shipping. Once your order is ready you'll be sent a tracking number and link via email so that you can monitor your goods in transit. 

EU Delivery usually occurs within 2-10 days of a customer receiving their tracking number. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at social@robotvacuums.eu. Please check our shipping policy for further details. 


Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty during the processing stage. Once your order is shipped it cannot be cancelled. 

 

Can I return my order?

we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To learn more please view our return and refund policy.



I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or used an incorrect address, simply email us at social@robotvacuums.eu within 24 hours and include your order confirmation and  the correct address. If we can change the details prior to the products being despatched we will do so. Please note no refund can be given after 24 hours if we are not notified.
